I am unable to walk without a frame. My mind is sound. I need someone to cook for me. My current rented flat in Southend on Sea is not suitable for my needs. I would like to be somewhere where I can retain my dignity and independence as much as possible. I am presently in Portugal, where I was admitted to hospital with double pneumonia. I am in a rented flat with 24 hour live-in care. It is hoped that this will end on the 18th February 2020 and I will then have a carer visit 3 times a day.
