Failed relationship (not married) with one child. We have been in a mortgage for over 3 years. My now ex partner refuses to leave, I have offered to buy him out and he still refuses. Break down of relationship over a period of a few years but this lead to final break up when the ex partner smashed the house up. We've have been living together again since Xmas but ex partner is in denial and will not accept that the relationship between us is over. Need advice on moving forward. Thank you
