1. Provide heat and smoke detection system 2. RCB fuse board to be fitted, if required. 3. Provide adequate central heating system to whole property (N.B. back boiler will need to be removed if existing solid fuel system is to be modified) 4. Provide insulation to external walls (desirable) 5. Provide insulation in loft space above flat 6. Provide new internal doors, facings and skirtings throughout the house 7. Re-secure all loose floor boards in the property 8. Repair all areas of defective plasterwork throughout the flat, including where partition wall removed in kitchen 9. Cap and ventilate redundant chimneys top and bottom Some of the above work may not be within your remit, but I'd be grateful if you would quote for the work you are able to do. I will be applying for Scottish Govt grants to cover the cost. Please contact me asap. Thanks
