If that is not possible we can always provide an estimate until we get familiar you the customer & the job requests for the moment please provide the approximate m2 of the shop floor, the current condition in detail, if you can send some pictures that would be great and finally what you intend to use the shop for along with the standard you are hoping to get to in comparison to its current condition.
