I want to rent a single bedroom apartment. I am a single man, aged 66. I am currently renting a semi @ £96pw, paid by standing order. My only income is full state pension & current housing benefit award paid to me, of £150 per fortnight. I need to move from my current home as landlord is selling on open market.
