My name is Gift Makungu, a zambian national currently living in aberdeen. been in the uk for atleast 3 years, first came as a volunteer care worker then last year i got married to a polish national and weve been in marriage for 8 months now. But our relationship hasnt been fine of last my wife treats me unfairly, cant do much things or decide in many as she always would want to be in charge of everything. cant talk to my family,or friends shes not happy about it all she thinks as chatting with other women for example. i dont have much say to most things and i believe this is not fair to be treated in such a way, and sometimes if i even go out for a walk during evening times she would say were ever you go dont come back to the house because its her house. i have a 14 months daughter which shes her step daughter and i feel bad with the going on as it is not good for my child. this time i dont know what to do because have made an application at the eu settlement scheme for family permit but i do not know what can happen if we separated because i believe it would be the best thing for all of us. her words hates me so much and i kindly ask for help or any advice please.
