Hello I’ve had a problem since the beginning of September My Dr said it was a trapped sciatic nerve it started on my right hand side,I now gone to my left hand side with a vengeance My right buttock down to right thigh then down to my calf & lower ankle I’ve had a MRI scan on my spine which showed normal wear tear, I’m taking pregabalin 75 mg + paracetamol & codene 30 mg it helps that’s all I can really say. I’v been given exercises to do by a physio from St. Peter’s centre in Burnley I’ve now been in pain for over 4 months, Can you help ? Sincere Regards John Taylor
