My cockapoo has been attacked now 3 times when he is on lead. 3rd attack he had slight tissue damage to the inside of his back leg. He now barks constantly at passing dogs and I'm terrified when I see an off lead dog. We were just getting good with recall too but now he is never off lead. I need help with pulling on lead too and this fear he has of other dogs. He will be 2yrs old in May. Thank you.
