I am looking for a Quote to carry out a roof survey on a residential property. The house is a Listed semi built 1880's roof area about 100Sq Metres. Valleys need attention and more. I am receiving very conflicting advice on required work and costs from roofers - even the potential of a new roof?. Given the potential expense i would like a surveyor to guide me through what work is required and to find a good roofing company to quote on the work which actually needs doing If a surveyor is interested and would like to let me know the cost i would be really grateful.
