I'm looking for a contract to take me to and from work, I had a seizure yesterday so now can't drive. I live in Haydon and work as a nurse 2 days at Elm Hayes surgery, Paulton and 2 days at St Mary's surgery Timsbury. There would be Tues, Wed and Thurs where I need to be at the surgery at 7:45am.
