Valuation by a Chartered Surveyor of part of a plot of garden land belonging to KCC adjoining my house with a view to putting in a purchase offer. Area approx. 1000 square metres. KCC has no particular interest in selling, but I was advised by KCC's Land Disposal Dept. that taking this action may help my case. I will only be in the area until Friday.
