Accounts done up to draft stage by owner, therefore need only to be audited/checked, with online submission of tax return to HMRC in due course. Current accountant unexpectedly closed business permanently 1 week ago, due to long term illness and hospitalisation. Not known if January's returns submitted yet or not.
