Hi. We are moving into a our new house in March. Part of the property is an old cottage and has black stained ceiling beams. We would like them all blast cleaned so they can be a natural colour. There are around 20 beams, some of them short. How much would this cost and is there any collateral potential damage to the ceiling / room that we need to know about. Many thanks James
