Hello it’s really for my father , who has just lost his wife and I think he could use some info regarding the 325k threshold as he has his house in Spencer’s wood and I am now processing the probate from my mother which is around or close to that threshold also he will should he pass be likely over his threshold. Therefor he may want to give to his sons and daughters some money , and needs to know the consequences of this re tax. Would anyone be able to advise him please , many thanks
