My partner is after a divorce lawyer for himself and his ex wife. He has relocated from London to Ingleby Barwick in Middlesbrough because of work commitments. They have separated, she remains in London, however we have been informed before they can divorce they must legally separate. They have been married for 1 and a half years and used to live together in London. She is soon to be leaving the home they rented together. If possible we want to serve the divorce papers as soon as possible. We require advice on what we need to do to get the ball rolling and a solicitor to serve the correct papers on her. I am his new partner and he has asked me to find a suitable solicitor. He will be dealing directly with whichever solicitor- I just need to find him one.
