Closed Emergency tooth repair. Fell and broke two teeth.

I had stress seizures and I fell and ground my teeth so hard I broke two teeth. I’m disabled and can’t walk but might be able to get there. If my carer can get the time to help me get there. I need an emergency appointment on the 12dec no later than the 13 as I’m in pain please?
