Flat roof on porch which is jointly owned by two properties. If you look at B69 2LF on Google earth you will see what these are like. Therefore, 1 - Strip off the old felt roof and timber decking. 2-Clear the roof of debris and re-deck including rotten timbers joists, prime and allow to dry. 3 Lay two layers of torch on felt with a mineral cap sheet and mineral details in tweed. 4- Terminate the felt flashing by means of termination bar to form a seal. Welted drip around the edges. I suspect a 2/3man job for a short day.
