I am looking to enclose a mixture of existing commercial catering units in a school dining hall, to bring an aesthetic uniformity. There will be one long counter to match the new counter top on the hot service side. The cold food service side consists of 2 x tiered fridges, and four ambient counter units. The four ambient counters need doors to hide the storage shelves under the counter top. each unit is approximately 2.5m in length. I am proposing a Quaker look as a finish to this servery counter. The existing units are free standing and movable, however I am proposing that the new unit boxes them all up against the wall. The finish would be in white high gloss. the counter top should match the new counter , a white marbled / speckled finish with a hint of mirror/ sparkle.
