My wife and I each receive pensions from France. The Pension authorities have sent us each a "Certificate of Life" which needs to be signed and stamped by a "competent local authority" to prove that we are still alive. If we fail to return these our pensions payments will stop. All that is required on ech certificate is the name of the person, his/her position, the date and place, a signature and the organisation's stamp. Can you help? J. A. Davison
