I have a Suffolk Punch SK17 mower that has 3 issues:- 1. A white cog for the blade rota mechanism has broken in 2 after the belt came off so may need a new belt too. 2. The mower will not rev up fully without manually holding the link to the carburettor 3. The safety handle/cable mechanism needs adjustment. Just need a rough estimate please as could do some of these myself if necessary.
