Closed Gas Appliance Repair

I have a Hotpoint gas cooker, 20 years old or so. Model number DY330GW. I think there is a problem with a hinge, so when i open the oven door, it is not horizontal but it slopes down, result any dish on shelf falls to floor, I also think the seal is not good, not tight enough so nothing is getting heated properly. is this something that can be sorted ?
