Hello, as I’m single women 53 years old and living alone in rented flat in Potters Bar im writing you about: is there any opportunity to apply for a council flat at normal price of rent. I have over 5 year contract with agency for the Property and pay council tax to the local council. Would I be happy if there is a chance and solution for my problem. Thank you
