Good morning, I will be building a house on Skye (20min north of Portree) in the Spring. I still need to find a contractor to lay the foundation of the house. The contractor to excavate the foundation hole has been selected. Currently, I have in mind a 10cm isolation + reinforced concrete slab. I need a 16x7.5m slab for the house (exact measurements TBC) and a 7x 8.5 m slab(s) for the detached garage (Maybe two slabs one with isolation, the other part not (TBC)). I am looking for a contractor that can offer me the foundation drawings and the foundation laying work. I am also going to have some drainage work (TBD) if that is also a service you offer. Please let me know your thoughts regards
