Re-decorating external joinery (windows frames/sills) on a late 1930's three bedroom semi detached house. The original joinery was replaced with bespoke (Smith & Gaylor) double glazed hardwood mahogany frames about 20 years ago and have since been maintained regularly using Hickson's Decor wood stain. Last maintained about 3/4 years ago. The work comprises: GROUND FLOOR: 1 six panel bay (lounge) 1 three pane 'French Door' (dinning room) 2 three pane kitchen 1 three pane study 1 single pane study 1 double garage door 4 external entry doors SECOND FLOOR: 1 six panel bay (front bedroom) 1 three panel bedroom (back bedroom) 1 two panel bedroom 1 two panel bathroom 1 two panel landing
