I had decompression of lumbar 2-5 with supportive bone grafting 5 weeks ago. I have very poor balance, due to a large extent to lack of core strength as a result of years of spinal stenosis pre operatively, and although I’ve made a really good post op recovery I need 2 sticks to walk, and I desperately want physio to improve my mobility. Spinal orthopaedic surgeon says I could start physio in about a weeks time.
