To 110m2 front garden, remove poor lawn, improve soil condition with suitable organic matter/compost and level to barge boards on one side; turf whole area with good quality grass to suit soil, drainage, etc. Existing island shrubs (7no) to remain undisturbed. To 150m2 area of rear garden, remove lawn, alter gradient, level and lay new turf. To 10m2 side pathway, remove shingle and weeds; lay weed suppressant and tar + shingle finish. To 90m2 patio, remove 10 no slabs (to be part of turfed area) break up concrete and tarmac, level undersite then provide permeable paving to whole area. Remove all rubble, lawn topping and waste from site in an approved manner using skips as necessary.
