I am thinking of building my own house as I am not happy with those on the market. I want to know if you can give me a cost of constructing a new home in Telford or Shropshire in general. My plan has a base of 2200 square feet and the top is the same as the base making 4400 square feet home, with two car garage attached. There are four bedrooms all ensuite but different measurements. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, and all on the first floor. The ground floor has living room, family room, open plan kitchen, dinning room, home office/ media room, utility room and powder room. How much will it cost to built it within five years span please?
