My hair has been damaged, to the point of breaking off, following alleged negligence by a hairdresser. I am looking for an assessment of the damage by a qualified and independent person. This is possibly for insurance/legal purposes. I live near Boroughbridge (YO51 9AD) and would prefer Harrogate/Leeds/York appointments if possible. Please provide me with a cost to provide this.
