We are five Directors(one is also Company Secretary) & Freehold owners of a small apartment block in Malvern running our own Service Management Company to look after the Management facilities required. We have been in operation since 1990 and submit Micro-Entity Accounts to Companies House each year. Our annual turnover is approx £6000 Our present employed Accountancy practice has dissolved and we wish to appoint a new Accountant.
