I want a quote for regular cleaning etc.... 2 bed 1 lounge, small diner/kitchen. Small Serviced Accommodation short term lets property. I need a quote for Cleaning and linen laundry after each guest letting has concluded in preparation for the next guests. Max occupancy is 2 twin rooms but more usual bookings are for 1 or two guests at a time. Bedrooms are only 12 X 13 feet. Lounge 12 X 16. Hoovering, dusting, inside window cleaning, kitchen, toilet and bathroom plus general tidying up. If you need more info please ask. Approximately 12 to 15 lets per month An idea of price/time taken for such a job. Please outline any other additions to your service. Thanks. JW
