I have a Range Rove P38 2001. I am having trouble with the air conditioning / climate control. The problem is the compressor does not switch on. I have found that if I close the relay by hand it works, The relay has been tested and it is ok I even tried a new one. I think the fault is that only 4 volts are all that is getting to the relay instead of 12volts.
