I am launching a food van business in early 2015. I need to have freshly baked pita bread pockets daily. They need to be soft and chewy and strong enough to hold and load with various items. As a rough estimate I will need about 100 a day. I would like to work with someone who will help me find the perfect pitta bread for my business.
