I am planning to sue Booking.com as they sent me an email confirming my booking and went to Turkey with my 5 year old child. When I went there, I realised that there were no bookings!!! I was left alone in Bodrum, Turkey. Not they don’t accept to pay the flights and transfers I had to do because they did not call me or send me an email regarding this mess and what I need to do?
