Retail unit refit. Total space 717 sq ft split over two floors. Space needs to be insulated, sound proofed, dry lined, three rooms created, electrics, plumbing for x3 sinks and painting. Once planning and contracts are agreed, works we estimate would need to start at the end of the year beginning of 2020. Completed in 2.5 months. We’re looking to get costs as quickly as soon as Possible. We’ve seen some of your work in Tunbridge Wells, which we thought was great! Is this project you would be interested in costing / doing within the timeframe ? I look forward to hearing from you very soon.
