Closed Repair to Bush TV Model DLED32165HD (if economically viable)

TV standby light is on,but will not turn on set.It blinks approx 8 times and then stays on.I've performed a power reset without success.Presumably the main power circuit is damaged.Is this repairable,or is it more of a case of looking at buying a replacement TV. Many thanks.
