I injured my neck not sure how and have been referred for physio but it’s nit until end of October and I would like to return to work before then if possible my neck pain is constant and I have pins and needles in my left arm and fingers not all the time but when there has been pressure from sitting also I get a lower back pain as well so I’m looking for help and physio for these conditions to get me back to work.
