We are Directors of the generation Place Estate in Consett and are looking to replace our present Management Company. The Estate has 46 houses on it and all are around 10 years old. The replacement company would be responsible for the upkeep of grassed areas and general land scapeing duties, we would also want the company to enforce the TP1 rules set out on this estate.
