I have been renting since the start, duration and now end of my divorce. There are mental health issues which led from this together with the loss of my dad. I’ve been served a section 21 - even though I’ve added value to the property and cannot get a rental through a private or estate agent as I’m being failed due to the debt my husband run up on our mortgage. As of October my and my children are to be evicted and I’ve applied for every house available on the market which have failed due to mortgage repossession. If somebody could help, or even point me in the right direction I’d be most grateful. Many Thanks Sophie
