I would like to make my 3 bed, ex commission home open planned on the ground floor. There is a chimney between the dinning room and front room that I would like to keep as on open fire to both rooms. I believe the walls either side of the chimney are not supporting. The wall that runs from the front of the house to the back could be the main support.
