Create a 60 cm high retaining wall along an existing 13 m long metal fence ( a couple of elderberry tree stumps are preventing a straight edge). A retaining wall exists 80 cm away from the fence. This will create a trench approx 13m×0.6m×0.8m to be filled with topsoil and planted with a yew hedge and border plants.Open to suggestions.
