Request for a quote: Demolition of detached Edwardian Style villa in HP2 5JE area including stripping the foundation and disposal of the waste. Demolition survey to be done before work commences. Prior to demolition works commencing a Demolition Method Statement shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority for a management scheme whose purpose shall be to control and minimise emissions of pollutants from and attributable to the demolition of the development.. This should include a risk assessment and a method statement in accordance with the control of dust and emissions from construction and demolition. (As per planning condition No 10- Planning application Ref 4/00147/18/FUL).
