Have gas cooker on 13 amp connection. Want to change to electric cooker and this 32 amp. Fuse board is only 30 amp.

What is the distance between consumer unit and cooker? Who makes good any plastering if cable is chased into wall? Have floor covering and floor boards got to be lifted for access?
