divorce.....petition submitted already by my husband.....I have received and returned the 'acknowledgement of service'. We are a good way to coming to an agreement on financial arrangements,but my application with the Halifax for a remortgage depends on the Barn conversion,which I let for income to supplement my pension,being in my name only to be used as collateral for the loan,before they will complete the application process. Husband 's solicitor is disagreeing with this.The farm has two deeds,one for the fields and the barn conversion,(collateral),and one for the main farmhouse and gardens. I am looking for advice,and a quote to conduct any further paperwork/negotiations with his solicitor or the courts.
