I have reloaded Office 2010 on my laptop which has Windows 7. Excel, Word and Power Point have reloaded and seem OK, but Outlook refuses to function. I have used the Microsoft helpdesk without success. You helped me last September. Can you help me again please? I cannot access my emails or any saved files via Outlook.
