We are 9 freehold townhouses in Crowthorne with commensurate common driveways, parking areas and some garages and landscaped areas with mature trees and boundary hedges. Each house is a shareholder in the Management Company formed to manage these common areas and recover the costs by way of a (monthly) service charge. We require a quote from Managing Agents to oversee the maintenance of the common areas to a high standard and liaise with and pay the appropriate contractors, collect the service charges, liaise with the Directors, attend the quarterly meetings of the owners and prepare and circulate the minutes of the meetings, register changes of Directors etc with the Companies Registry, prepare and submit the annual accounts to the Companies Registry and attend to the renewal of (1) the third party liability policy protecting the Management Company and (2) Directors' liability policy. We would require the Managing Agents to commence on 1st November 2019
