Nissan Note. 2012 Interior cooling fan intermittently stops working. I suspect the bearings, because sometimes it makes a lot of noise. AirCon seems to be working ok (though without the fan there isn't much benefit). I work in Uxbridge during the week, travelling down on Monday, returning Friday. Between those days I do not need the car, so it would simple for me to drop it off and collect it later.
