Our lock in door is jammed. Our key won't open the door or turn the lock from outside. However we are able to close/lock the door from inside the house. We have to go out today but not able to as cannot lock the door from outside and therefore someone needs to be in house all the time in order to lock it. Hope you can help. Many thanks.
