Closed Water Damage Restoration

Evening. I had a water leak from the flat above me, and they had it from the flat above them. I have been in contact with my management company and they have asked for quotes to repair the damage so that they can go through insurance. If you could please help with this? It has affected my kitchen, bathroom and airing cupboard area. It has gone through the ceiling, walls and flooring. I am unsure as to how much would need to be repaired. Thank you, Charlene
