I am looking for an experienced physiotherapist who specialises in or is trained beyond qualification level, in arthritis - osteoarthritis in particular. In particular, help with managing mine. It is systemic, though most difficulties with knees; also back, neck, left foot, etc). This would include what an appropriate exercise programme would be (kinds, amounts - specifics).
