My mother, Mrs Stella Rice, will shortly be moving into Housing with Care at Copthorne Lodge, Copthorne Road, CV6 2EE in the next couple of weeks and needs to change doctors because her current doctor Bancroft is not within the jurisdiction of her new address. She currently lives at 78 Kingsland Avenue, cv5 8EA but her current doctor Bancroft is outside of the jurisdiction of Copthorne Lodge. Please can you advise how to find another doctor in the local area of Copthorne Lodge? I am her daughter and hold Power of Attorney for health and welfare for Mrs Rice and my name is Sheila Bishop and I live in Nuneaton.
